2. Data we process
When you use the contact form or contact us by telephone, email or WhatsApp, we may process the information you choose to provide: your identity, company, contact details, enquiry, requested references and any files you attach to prepare a quotation, provide technical advice or manage the commercial relationship.
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis |
|---|---|
| Answer enquiries and prepare quotations. | Pre-contractual steps requested by the data subject. |
| Manage orders, deliveries, invoicing and after-sales service. | Performance of a contract and compliance with legal obligations. |
| Maintain professional communications relating to the commercial relationship. | Legitimate interest and, where applicable, consent. |
| Handle rights, complaints and accounting or tax obligations. | Compliance with legal obligations and the defence of legal claims. |
4. Retention
We retain data for as long as necessary to answer the request and, where a commercial relationship exists, for its duration and the applicable statutory limitation, accounting and tax periods. Contacts that do not lead to a commercial relationship are deleted when they are no longer required.
5. Recipients and external services
We do not sell your data. Providers of necessary services—such as hosting, email, IT support, professional advice or logistics—may access it under the relevant safeguards, as may public authorities where required by law. If you choose WhatsApp, email, maps or a social network, the communication is also subject to the policy of the provider you choose to use. The form uses Resend as a transactional email provider to deliver the request and its confirmation to the appropriate recipient.
6. International transfers
We do not plan our own international transfers other than those that may be carried out by certain technology providers. Where applicable, they must rely on an adequacy decision, standard contractual clauses or another valid safeguard under the General Data Protection Regulation.
7. Your rights
You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability, and withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis. Email info@kaizenlp.es, stating the right you wish to exercise and providing enough information to verify your identity.
If you believe the processing is incorrect, you may lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
8. Security and changes
We apply reasonable measures to protect information against loss, unauthorised access or alteration. This policy may be updated following legal, technical or service changes; the date shown above identifies the current version.
